What is myCallSheet?

myCallSheet is India's professional platform for the film, television and OTT industry. It connects crew, production companies, and service vendors through a WhatsApp-based workflow and a companion website. You can create a profile, list your credits, get discovered by productions, and manage your availability — all from WhatsApp.
How do I create a profile?

Send "hi" to our WhatsApp number (+91 74003 86158) and follow the guided onboarding. You'll be asked for your name, role, city, and credits. The whole process takes about 3 minutes.
Is myCallSheet free?
▼
Creating a profile and getting matched to hiring calls is free during our early access period. Certain premium features may require a paid membership. Check Terms for current pricing.
Which languages does myCallSheet support?

The WhatsApp bot works in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The website is currently in English.
For Crew
How do I get hired?

When a hirer posts a hiring call that matches your role, city, and availability, you'll receive a WhatsApp notification. You can also browse open hiring calls on the Requirements page and apply directly.
How do I add credits to my profile?

Say "Hi" on WhatsApp and select "Add a credit." Enter the project name, year, and optionally your role. You can also add credits from the website at My Profile.
How do I update my availability?

Say "Hi" on WhatsApp and select "Update availability." You can set yourself as available, unavailable, or unavailable until a specific date. This status is shown on your public profile.
Can I edit my profile on the website?

Yes. Go to My Profile on the website. You can update your photo, bio, skills, credits, formats, languages, and work regions. You'll need to log in with the phone number you used on WhatsApp.
For Hirers
How do I post a hiring call?

Send "hi" on WhatsApp and select the hirer flow. You'll be guided through selecting roles, city, dates, and other details. Once posted, matching crew are notified automatically and your hiring call appears on the website.
How do I manage applications?

On WhatsApp, say "Hi" and select "My hiring calls" to view applications. You can shortlist, decline, or message applicants. You can also manage applications from the website at My Hiring Calls.
Can I post anonymously?

Yes. When posting a hiring call you can choose to hide your identity. Your name will only be revealed to crew you shortlist.
For Vendors
How do I list my services?

Send a message to the myCallSheet bot on WhatsApp and select "Vendor" when asked. Add your service categories, equipment, facilities, and past projects. Your listing will appear in the Vendors directory.
How do I get found by productions?
▼
When a production team searches for services in your city, your listing appears in the directory. Make sure your service categories, city, and past projects are filled in — complete profiles rank higher.
Can I update my listing?
▼
Yes. Type M → Edit my profile in the bot, or go to My Profile on the website. You can update your services, city, photos, and past projects anytime.
Account & Billing
How do I log in to the website?

Click "Log in" and enter the phone number you registered with on WhatsApp. You'll receive a one-time link on WhatsApp that logs you in. No password needed.
How do I see my payment history?
▼
Log in and go to Billing. You'll see all payments including promo codes and Razorpay transactions.
