1. Service Description

myCallSheet is a hiring and professional networking platform for the Indian film, television, OTT, and advertising industry. We connect crew, vendors, and hirers through WhatsApp-based workflows and a companion website at www.mycallsheet.in.

2. Membership & Subscription

Access requires a paid annual subscription of ₹199 + applicable GST. One payment covers one phone number. Additional profile types (crew, hirer, vendor) can be added to the same membership at no extra cost.

3. No Commission

myCallSheet does not charge commission, finder's fees, or placement fees on any deals, hires, or engagements arranged through the platform. Revenue is from subscriptions only.

4. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate professional information. Impersonation, spam, harassment, or posting fraudulent hiring calls will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of all content they upload (credits, showreels, photos). By uploading, you grant myCallSheet a non-exclusive licence to display this content on the platform for the purpose of profile visibility and matching.

6. Limitation of Liability

myCallSheet facilitates introductions. We are not party to any employment contract, service agreement, or financial arrangement between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted information or the outcome of any hiring process.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel their membership at any time by contacting support. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
