1. Information We Collect

Account data: Phone number (required for WhatsApp authentication), name, city/pincode.

Profile data: Department, role, credits, experience, showreel links, photos — provided voluntarily by the user.

Hiring call data: Hiring requirements posted by hirers (role, city, dates, preferences).

Usage data: Message timestamps, flow states, and interaction patterns within the bot (used for service improvement only).

2. How We Use Your Data

• Matching crew/vendors with relevant hiring calls
• Displaying your profile to potential hirers
• Sending WhatsApp notifications about matching opportunities
• Improving the platform's matching algorithms

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Your phone number is shared with hirers only after you are shortlisted and explicitly notified. Profile information is visible to all paid members on the platform.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase (hosted infrastructure) and processed via WhatsApp Business API (Meta). Servers may be located outside India. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.

5. Data Retention

Active accounts: data retained for the duration of membership. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months): profile data archived. Deleted accounts: personal data removed within 30 days; anonymised usage data may be retained.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@mycallsheet.in. We will respond within 30 days.
