Refund Policy

Effective: 1 April 2026

1. Subscription Fee

The myCallSheet annual subscription costs ₹199 + applicable GST (₹234.82 total). This is a one-time annual payment for access to all platform features.

2. Refund Window

Full refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you have not used the platform to post a hiring call, apply to a hiring call, or receive a match notification. Once any of these actions have occurred, the subscription is considered consumed.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send a WhatsApp message to the myCallSheet bot saying "refund" or email hello@mycallsheet.in with your registered phone number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests made after 7 days of payment
  • Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Use
  • Subscriptions where the user has posted or applied to a hiring call

5. Technical Issues

If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the platform (e.g. payment charged but account not activated), contact us regardless of the 7-day window. We will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
